Pre-booking

When you e-mail, ring or text us to book a collection on ad-hoc basis, we usually deliver your items ironed the next day. Sometimes, though, due to too many orders received your ironing may take longer.

If you book a regular pick-up and delivery day and time, you are guaranteed to receive your ironing exactly when you want. This way you ensure we meet your expectations and help us to schedule work better thus keeping costs down.

AVAILABLE TIMES FOR PRE-BOOKING:
Mondays, 8 am - 10 pm
Tuesdays, 8 am - 10 pm
Wednesdays, 8 am - 10 pm
Thursdays, 8 am - 10 pm
Fridays, 8 am - 10 pm
Saturdays, 8 am - 10 pm

* Please note that Express/Same Day service is only possible if items are collected before 1 pm.
