Q: Sometimes I need my ironing done really quicky - can you help?
A: Yes, we offer a Same-Day (Express) Ironing Service for + £5.00 on top of your total bill.

Q: You offer collection and delivery service, but is it possible for me to deliver and collect my own garments?
A: Yes, we have no problem with customers who wish to deliver and/or collect their own garments. Please note, though, our prices will still remain unchanged in such instances.

Q: Would you be able to collect from my office?
A: Yes, in instances where you may be away from home when we call, we pre-arrange another point of collection/delovery. In our business, it is common practice to collect from a neighbour, workplace or an agreed part of your property (garage or porch, for example).

Q: What if I have an item which is not mentioned on your price list?
A: If you have an item which is not included on our price list, please contact us and we will let you know a price for it.

Q: What happens if I damage or lose one of your boxes or hangers? Am I liable for these?
A: All customers who use our services are bound to our terms and conditions, therefore a reasonable charge would be made for replacement of any asset.

Q: Can you supply any references?
A: Yes, by request we can arrange references from any of our clients.
